Thank you Thank you Thank you! As a 27 year old mother of two (3 years and 18months), I am extremely interested into getting back into ballet. I danced for 12 years when I was younger and miss the movements, the flexibility, the PASSION of it. I am looking forward to getting as much out of your site as I can. Thanks again, and please, let me know whenever new info is available!

I would like some flexibility and stretching tips. I'm always trying to be more and more flexible, especially in my stomach, back, & thighs.

Thanks Anita!
I really enjoy your web site and am able to get some great advice.
As a 24 yr old beginner, I would like to excel as quickly as possible. I would like to see some stretches, exercises, and maybe even routines. I am looking to increase my turn out, keep my heels from turning back in a releve position, and gain strength and flexibility for pointe.
Thanks for all that you do Anita!

Dear Anita
Thank you very much for creating this ballet site. It is so good & helpful.
Am doing adult beginner ballet, would like advice on:

How to strengthen ankle & improve foot arches?
How & where can I get the "ballet foot stretcher"?
Advice on how to improve pirouette?
any special advice on how to not get dizzy (apart from spotting)?

many thanks
Sharon
