That's weird.

When I tried to creat an acount as an under 13, I never got the parent email thing. now if I try to creat an acount by clicking the over 13 button, it will not let me register because it says there is already an acount with my email adress.

The case sensitive thing can be pretty annoying, you can refresh it if you can't see it clearly usually, and keep entering until it works. If you fail, it refreshes the page. All data but password is kept, so you have to reenter your password if that happens. Still compared to some of the confirmation codes I've seen elsewhere this is simple.

Hi Nancy, I just created a test account and clicked "I am not 13" to see what you were talking about. It sends you an email and you have to fill it out and fax it. How painful. I didn't know it did that. I manually activated your account. To anyone else under 13 - Just get your parents to see you signing up or something and click the "I am 13" tickbox. If you are really keen you can print out the email, sign it, scan it, and send it to me as an attachment through email to anita@balletinfo.com Thanks

Nancy, make sure that all the letters are capitalized that are supposed to be.

the confirmation code is case sensative.

Ok i see that box with the numbers and letters in it but it says it's wrong. what should i do?

Nancy, When you get to the confirmation code bit, you should see an image just above that question, with pictures of some letters. You type the letters that you see into the space where it asks you for the code (this is for security reasons). If you cant see any image, maybe you need to email anita and ask her? There should be some writing there saying 'if you cant see the image below, contact the administrator' or something like that. Hope that helps!

Nancy, you need to click on the register button at the top of the screen and create a username. (I just did the same as you, just tried to log in without creating an account first :))

Hi Anita, When i clicked on the site that you have up it said that you had to have a password and username. When i put my username and password in it said it was wrong. Do i have to have another password and username to get on to your new form? Thanks Nancy
