2 quick things( Please Help)

Well I have two things:
1) How can you tell if your good?

2)I have achilies tendonitis, and after my preformnces these few weekends, I have to take 2 WEEKS OFF!! I am like freaking out. Its weird because my artistic director completly ignores me and I can’t figure out why. And for the last few classes, I been dancing for my self, and not been like trying to get her attemtion. And I feel like I’ve been dancing better. And occcasionaly I’ll get a correction (occationaly). And like now I have to take time off. How can I stay in shape, without injuring my tendon more. What can I do. Do you thing i should come and watch teh classes, and like maby take notes or something? I don’t know. PLEASE PLEASE Help me.
