How To Dance Ballet

does anybody know what the ballet foot stretch product is and if it really works? Please, I really want to know some opinions before I invest in it.
The foot stretch is great. I and several of my friends and students use it. It is a tool for a lifetime. You not only increase the ability of your foot to point, but it can help your turnout and extension, and includes a leaflet showing ways you can use it to stretch your legs as well. It is worth the investment.
I’ve heard about it too? Sounds cool! How much does it cost?
Have a look at the website for all the information: http://www.footstretch.com.
I’ve never used it, but I have a good foot stretch which may help you:
The sofa stretch – put your feet under the edge of your sofa(couch) and try to straighten your legs. – I’ve found this works really well and I have no need for any products.
We live in South AFrica and I am unable to find out where to buy the footstretch. Please can someone send me a contact email address.
does it improve your foot, will it make the foot look better in the shoe? i have a really inflexible foot? will it help me? or make it look better in the shoe? and make pointe work “easier”
