  1. The foot stretch is great. I and several of my friends and students use it. It is a tool for a lifetime. You not only increase the ability of your foot to point, but it can help your turnout and extension, and includes a leaflet showing ways you can use it to stretch your legs as well. It is worth the investment.

  2. I’ve heard about it too? Sounds cool! How much does it cost?

  4. I’ve never used it, but I have a good foot stretch which may help you:

The sofa stretch – put your feet under the edge of your sofa(couch) and try to straighten your legs. – I’ve found this works really well and I have no need for any products.
