ballet foot stretchdoes anybody know what the ballet foot stretch product is and if it really works? Please, I really want to know some opinions before I invest in it. March 4, 2007 | In Questions | 6 Comments6 Comments »RSS feed for comments on this post. TrackBack URI Leave a comment |

The foot stretch is great. I and several of my friends and students use it. It is a tool for a lifetime. You not only increase the ability of your foot to point, but it can help your turnout and extension, and includes a leaflet showing ways you can use it to stretch your legs as well. It is worth the investment.

I’ve never used it, but I have a good foot stretch which may help you:
The sofa stretch – put your feet under the edge of your sofa(couch) and try to straighten your legs. – I’ve found this works really well and I have no need for any products.
