Is it possible that your shoes are too small? I know some girls who've had that problem because of shoes that are too small, or shoes that are the wrong shape for their type of feet.

Hi there, I cant quite understand why you are getting bruised toes if you aren't on pointe.

One suggestion is that you are putting wieght on your working leg - the one that is pointed, on the ground. Your wieght should be forward over your supporting leg, and there should be no weight on your pointed toes.

I would ask your teacher what you are doing that is causing this. Although you can pad your shoes, there may be a more serious reason, which could lead to injury.
