Discover the Secrets to Conquering Some of The Most Common Pitfalls You Face When Learning Ballet
Changing Dancing StylesI’ve been doing ballet for about 13 years. I’ve just started doing a dance which is much more modern and I have to stand with my feet in parallel. As I’ve been doing ballet for so long im really finding it hard + i really don’t want to lose my turn out! Is there ways to strengthen my muscles to dance with my feet in parallel but not effect my turn out? September 25, 2006 | In Questions |1 Comment »RSS feed for comments on this post. working from parallel won’t cause you to lose your turn out as long as you continue to work from turn-out also. and the only way your parallel work will improve is if you practice. the reason it is hard for you is your muscles are trained exclusively for turn-out. but that is changeable
