If the studios don't have adult classes, perhaps you could get them to start a wish list (maybe if you have a small group of people that would like to take a class, they might start one up if everyone submits the best day of the week to join?). I also recommend looking at community colleges. They might have a dance class for credit or non-credit that you might get to audit. Oh, I just thought about gyms, possibly, or YMCAs - perhaps a ballet workout type of group fitness class where you could learn the basic techniques and steps before you join the high school class?
