they are the same step. as I tell my students, there are many steps that are called one thing by some people, and something else by others. mostly because of geographical separation.

there is no difference between them..just people might call them as they want..some call them grand jete,other tournant and other tour jete….

stefania: a grand jete is a leap or split-leap. to refer to refer to the step asked about you have to fully say “grand jete en tournant,” not simply “grand jete,” as this refers to another step entirely.
