Don't move your front heel before your turn. Make sure that it's turned out and think of it as a 'snap' or 'click.' When you push off from the ground (make sure that it's with both legs) your heel will swivel around and create more energy for your turns, enabling you to do more than one pirouette.

Pirouettes are about 90% balance. While spotting is essential, it may come later.
Firstly it is important that you can hold your balance without turning before you start doing doubles. Practice standing in the pirouette position (on demi point, foot under supporting knee) to ensure that you build up your muscle memory, and find your centre. Advance onto releve-ing into this position - again to enhance muscle memory.
Strenght of arm position is also important. Practice jumping half turns in second with your arms out to second. Taking your second side with you is essential in pirouettes and this will help.

Don't move your front heel before your turn. Make sure that it's turned out and think of it as a 'snap' or 'click.' When you push off from the ground (make sure that it's with both legs) your heel will swivel around and create more energy for your turns, enabling you to do more than one pirouette.

Make sure that both of your legs are in plie or your front leg is in plie and don't give a hard push off for a single. one more thing don't forget to spot.

Elongate your whole body and don't clench your muscles- use them. Be as tall as you can be without distorting your alignment.

Don't move your front heel before your turn. Make sure that it's turned out and think of it as a 'snap' or 'click.' When you push off from the ground (make sure that it's with both legs) your heel will swivel around and create more energy for your turns, enabling you to do more than one pirouette.

The four authorized laboratories are the University of Mississippi, Chromadex labs in Irvine California, Alkemist Pharmaceuticals and Advanced Laboratories, Smithfield, NC. There are also many who question if the irradiation process does not diminish the benefits of hoodia Both are approved practices.

think of your foot as a pole running thru the ground extending through your body to your head.

with the proper mindset, anything is possible.

Pirouettes can be tricky for some people.

There are a few ways to improve your pirouettes.
1. Spotting - make sure you pick a spot to look at & don't take your eyes off it. It should be in line with your head, no higher & no lower.

2. Arms - Make sure your arms are in a strong position (usually first) as you turn.

3. Releve - Snap up onto your releve & make sure your leg is right underneath you.

4. Centre - All balance comes from your centre or core. Make sure that you hold your abdominal muscles firmly & keep your back up straight.

Try this & you'll be doing triple pirouettes before you know it. And remember - Practice, Practice, Practice!
