		<description>A good way to improve is to talk to your teacher about her/him giving you privates. I do them with my instructor and it has been such an improvement! Good Luck!

However, given that flexibility and strength must be balanced, is there any possibility you could find a Pilates class perhaps mid-week? This will enhance your classical training. If that is impossible, my next suggestion would be a Classical Stretch DVD to do at home. Miranda Esmonde-White explains her regimen thoroughly, she does a good warm up and very elegant ballet style stretching. You will definitely improve, without these extras, though the week long stretch without classes may hold you back.
