		<description>I have trouble getting my leg high at the front, at the side and back i am over or about 90 degrees but i think i need to stretch more. I also have trouble remembering names of moves, could anyone give me tips to help remember them?</description>

		<description>just make sure you stretch a lot!! it&#039;s important that a beginner gets used to using the right muscles, for developpe make sure you use you thigh.  And just keep PRACTICING!  Im on my 10th year and still don&#039;t have very high extensions!</description>

If you use your quad to lift your leg, it&#039;s next to impossible to get over 90 degrees because your flexed quad is in the way.Try turning out more to access the muscle under your thigh.</description>

		<description>I wouldn&#039;t worry about bulking your legs. That probably won&#039;t happen without eating a lot, and doing a lot of weighted exercises. It&#039;s just the weight of your leg, don&#039;t worry about it.

Even supposing it did bulk up, it would be worth it. Once you got a high RoM you are satisfied with, you wouldn&#039;t need to practise as much, and go back to normal.

Besides, RoM is more important than being petite.</description>
