		<description>I have trouble getting my leg high at the front, at the side and back i am over or about 90 degrees but i think i need to stretch more. I also have trouble remembering names of moves, could anyone give me tips to help remember them?</description>

		<description>just make sure you stretch a lot!! it's important that a beginner gets used to using the right muscles, for developpe make sure you use you thigh.  And just keep PRACTICING!  Im on my 10th year and still don't have very high extensions!</description>

		<description>It could be that you're gripping with your quad instead of under your thigh. If you use your quad to lift your leg, it's next to impossible to get over 90 degrees because your flexed quad is in the way.Try turning out more to access the muscle under your thigh.</description>

		<description>I wouldn't worry about bulking your legs. That probably won't happen without eating a lot, and doing a lot of weighted exercises. It's just the weight of your leg, don't worry about it.

Even supposing it did bulk up, it would be worth it. Once you got a high RoM you are satisfied with, you wouldn't need to practise as much, and go back to normal.

Besides, RoM is more important than being petite.</description>
