Of course you can start! Just look for a local dance school that has an open Adult Division. The class that I attend has a male that’s about 30 who shows up every now and then. The best part about open Adult Divisions are that usually they don’t have any sort of dress requirement so you don’t have to wear tights if you don’t want to. Good luck!

Go for it, I am a 34 yo male and I have wanted to do it for a long time. I just started a few weeks ago and am completely adicted. I wish I had started earlier, don’t worry about it just find a school and jump in

Of course you can!!! I would go right ahead with it. It is something you want to do,and you can! Most people in adult classes are usually great friendly people who will welcome you into their class with open arms. Theres a shortage of adult males in the dance world! Please help in increasing the numbers! Good Luck,and I know that if you decide to go,you’ll have the best time of your life!

I was 42 when I started with ballet. and now for the last 3 years I was the only male in the school. I just recently had to change my work place and due to that needed to find a new school. It wasn’t difficult, again I am the only male but so what. I am now 49 and if I do not have at least 2 classes a week I get restless. The new teacher I have found has seen many things which I can work and improve on so I will have a lot to of work in the next weeks.
It is never to late to start but keep in mind you will get to know yourself different in due time
