Moving Awayhiya im a late starter in ballet but love it so much i dont want to become a professional ballerina becuase i havent got enough skill at ballet however i one day hope to become a singer/dancer on the stage and so ive been dancing since i was young but only started ballet around three years ago, but if got a problem i’m moving to spain in september and not sure what to do about my ballet classes i dont wanted to give up but ive been training with the BBO method and wondered if anyone knew if they will teach that over there? 3 Comments »RSS feed for comments on this post. info@bbo.org.uk is where you can contact the BBO. Tell them exactly where you will be in Spain, and I’m sure you can find out if there is a teacher at that location. If not, I assure you, there will be ballet almost anywhere in Spain, though you may do a different style.

Don’t worry about missing out on ballet in Spain. If you are in or near any of the large cities, there will be good dance academies. Many offer the RAD

Don’t worry about missing out on ballet in Spain. If you are in or near any of the large cities, there will be good dance academies. Many offer the RAD exams and there is a Spanish syllabus which covers 6 years of study. My daughter (14) has been dancing in Spain since she was 4 and we have found good academies and teachers.
