Its mega strange!! Her arabesque is amazing .. on or not on his head! Its like up to her head! And shes not even tilting her back!!!!!!! But hes wearing a helmet, therefor no broken bones .. But still .. amazing to watch!!

I thought Penche was when you have your leg in arabesque and you have to turn with out bending your knee or or going up on your toes.

Penche is an arabesque where your leg goes as high as it can while your body tilts forward (but doesn’t collapse), usually in first arabesque. It means tipped, or leaning. It is also called “plonge’ “, or plunged arabesque.

u must have a good arabesque with A TURNED OUT WORKING LEG! dont over turn out the standing leg, because unless you are super super lifted, you will lose your balance. Before you penche forard, lift up and go down very slowly.

a good penche starts with a good arabesque. make sure you are balanced and your knees are straight. once you are ready, go into your penche slowly and only as far as you can while keeping your balance. gradually start increasing how far you go down until you can go all the way without falling. you can also practice at the bar with your outside hand in front.

Don’t look down. Look out beyond your fingertips of your forward arm. Make sure your weight is over the supporting leg, not behind it. Make sure your supporting leg is pulled up, not bent at the knee. Make sure your working leg is also stretched and pointed. Pull your stomach muscles in towards your spine. Pull your shoulder blades down so that your back muscles are engaged, and make sure your body is not twisted to the side.
