		<description>You should probably find a good Pilates instructor near you, having a Pilates exercise described over the internet isn&#039;t the best way to learn it, as you need someone to watch and correct you, just as you need a good dance teacher to watch and correct what you do in class!  Pilates approaches your whole body, so I am sure you would find thigh exercises being given.  Without your describing why you think you need Pilates for your thighs it&#039;s a little difficult to comment on what type of exercise might suit your particular need.</description>
