		<description>Hey i don&#039;y know what stretches you do in your dance class but you should maybe hold them for longer if they aren&#039;t warming you up properly.  Sit in your stretches and start off holding your stretches for 8 or 16 then work backwards e.g 8,4,2,1.  Maybe asking your classmates of teacher for any good stretches tol help.
